Andrew’s Local Honey

Andrew, of Silvermine Apiary, collaborates with Connecticut and Westchester bees to make wonderful honey products. When you stop into his stand, the first thing you will notice is the glass enclosed bee-box with bees hurriedly making the honey. Silvermine also sells the raw honey, honey-in-the-comb, bee pollen, honey + goatmilk soap, and you can request royal jelly (I didn’t see that at the market). The soap smelled so delicious that I said cursewords just so I could wash my mouth out with it!
